Inside Guard - responsibilities

The Inside Guard, along with the Outside Guard, is responsible for the security of the council meetings and ceremonial events. 

· Ensuring only members with current membership cards are allowed into 

  the meeting. 

· Assisting the Warden with any tasks related to the setup and security of the

 meeting space. 

· Following the orders of the Warden. 

The Guards are under the authority of the Warden, who is responsible for the council's property and degree paraphernalia. 

The Outside Guard tends to the outer door admitting visitors and members to the inner door. Once at the inner door, the inside guard checks to make sure that their membership cards are current
