Outside Guard - responsibilities

 The Outside Guard, along with the Inside Guard, is tasked with maintaining order and ensuring the security of council meetings 

· Checking for current membership cards before allowing entrance to the 

  council chamber. 

· Assisting the Warden (who is responsible for council property and setting up 

  the chamber) and other officers as needed. 

· Ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the council chamber.
