TRustee- responsibilities
Role
The trustees, along with the Grand Knight, constitute the board of directors of the council.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the council's financial business.
- Conduct semiannual audits of the council's financial records.
- Review all bills and financial reports.
- Advise the Grand Knight.
- Co-chair admission and retention committees
Structure
- There are three trustees in each council, titled as 1-year, 2-year, and
3-year trustees.
- Trustees serve staggered three-year terms.
- At each regular election, the position of each trustee is voted upon, with the current three- and two-year trustees moving on to become the two-and one-year trustees, respectively.
